Rock music has proven itself over the years as one of the largest non-academic music fields with the widest audience, and Latvian artists in this field are second to none in quality compared to their international counterparts. That is precisely why the Latvian Rock Music Association LRMA created this station — to provide a legal and reputable platform where homegrown rock music is gathered in one place. LRMA's goal is to position Latvian rock music as an integral part of national culture, support local artists and bands, and build a competitive industry with international export potential.
