Crystal Sword – Ukrainian melodic death-metal band. Was founded in 1999 in Chernigiv under the name Blackend. Oryginally Crystal Sword were inspired by such bands as Metallica, Sepultura, In Flames and Cradle of filth. The lyrics of the band are associated with philosophy, religion and symbolism. For today, the band released two full-length albums. For certain reasons, the album “Зло внутри” (“Evil inside …”) was not presented to the Western listener.
In 2018 the band decided to release limited part of album “Evil inside …”
